Side Quest 2: Signalis

Side Quest Season 2 of The Gaming Backlog “Book Club” podcast is about Signalis, following an android named LSTR-512, or Elster, as she tries to find her ship’s missing pilot while a supernatural event of some sort is going down at a mining facility. This video game has brought back a sense of survival horror in an era where the genre leaned heavily into action. And the top-down perspective is a breath of fresh air with a supposedly dark and thought-provoking story.
